MOSQUITO BURRITO BROTHERS BUZZ THE RUMPUS ROOM
More XM KiDS news. This fall, my band -- The Flying Mosquito Burrito Brothers -- and I rented a Ford Econoline and made a 1300 mile roundrip from Nashville to the XM Radio Studios in  Washington D.C. this fall to play a live RUMPUS ROOM show. What a blast! Just to think we were playing in the same recording studio that Paul McCartney played in just a few weeks earlier. Awewsome! Check out the photo gallery to see us in action.

#1 ON THE THE FAGUE FAMILY IPOD TOO
If Disney and XM Radio weren't enough, check out this report from the Fague family in Hoover, Alabama where Alexander, Anna Hope and Sarah Grace attend Deer Valley Elementary School. "When you came to Deer Valley I had mentioned to you that out of 2,500 songs on our IPOD you held the top spot.  When I got your email I had to check to see if that was still true.  Well congratulations This may not be billboard but you are holding on strong to the #1, #6, #23 & #24 spots.  However, I must admit that Mom is so tire of haveing to play kids music that she's asked for her own IPOD."

ROCK LEGENDS THE CRICKETS FEATURED ON DREAM BIG!
Yep. Those guys. Used to play with a guy named Buddy Holly. Co-wrote "Peggy Sue" and "That'll Be the Day", not to mention "I Fought the Law and the Law Won". If that's not enough for you, how about The Mary Tyler Moore Show theme song? What an honor to have them play with me. They added the perfect touch for the Bo Diddley-beat of my song "Roly Poly". If you don't know about them, here's where to find out. TheCrickets.com
